Need 25′ tall letters and a 45′ x 14′ logo painted on the side of your 175′ long barn? No problem! Great to be able to partner with Illinois State University to make this one happen for their research farm just north of Lexington, IL. If you find yourself driving down I-55 near Lexington, keep your eye out for this one. It;s hard to miss!
A lot of measuring and math go into figuring out how to size, space, and paint a bunch of letters on a roof this size. It’s always nice when I get to the end of the layout and everything is spot on.
Step 1: Prep the surface and paint the base white
Step 2: Paint the Yellow
Step 3: Paint the Red
Step 4: Paint the Black, touch up all your edges, and Pose next to it
